A full Invisalign case in the Bridgeport area typically costs $4,500 to $7,500. A limited case — one that only moves the front teeth — can start around $3,000.

What decides where you land is how far the teeth have to travel, not how badly you want it done and not which practice you walk into.
What actually drives the price
The number of aligners. Each aligner is a manufactured medical device. A case needing 20 of them costs less than one needing 60, and the difference is most of the price.
How complex the movement is. Tipping a crowded front tooth back into line is straightforward. Correcting a bite, rotating a molar, or closing an extraction space is not, and complex cases take longer, need more aligners, and often need more chair time.
Refinements. Teeth frequently do not track the plan exactly — this is normal, not a failure — and a second short series is made from a new scan. A majority of cases have at least one refinement.
Ask, before you sign: are refinements included, and how many? Practices differ enormously on this and it is the commonest hidden cost in aligner treatment.
What a quote should include
Get all of this in writing before you agree to anything:
- The digital scan and the treatment plan
- All the aligners, including refinements — and how many refinements
- Attachments, and their removal at the end
- All review appointments
- The retainers at the end — and whether the first replacement set is included
- What happens if you lose an aligner
A quote that excludes retainers is not a quote for a finished result. The retainer is not an accessory. It is the thing that keeps what you paid for.
What insurance pays
NEEDS SIGN-OFF K-10, K-11 Claims about the practice — Out-of-network with most plans; we help with claims; Cherry and Sunbit financing offered. Approve as written, or give the correction.
Many dental plans carry a lifetime orthodontic benefit — often $1,000 to $2,000 — and most treat clear aligners exactly as they treat braces.
Many plans, however, restrict orthodontic cover to dependents under 19 and pay nothing for adults. This is the single most common unpleasant surprise in this area, and it is entirely avoidable.
Ask your plan for a pre-treatment estimate in writing. Your dentist submits the codes; the plan says what it will pay. It takes a few weeks and it removes all the guessing.
Radiant Smiles is currently an out-of-network provider with most plans. Many still pay a share out-of-network, and we will help you find out what yours does before you commit. Financing through Cherry and Sunbit spreads the cost monthly.
Why a firm figure comes after the scan
Because a figure before the scan would be a guess dressed up as a promise.
The scan takes about ninety seconds — a small wand, a few thousand photographs, no impression tray and nothing to gag on. From it, Dr. Kaur can see how far each tooth has to move, how many aligners that will take, and therefore what it costs. You also see a simulation of the result before you pay for anything, which is a courtesy braces have never offered.
Is it worth it?
That is your question, not ours, and the honest answer depends on what you are buying.
If your teeth are crowded enough that you cannot clean them properly, straightening them is not cosmetic at all — crowded teeth trap plaque, and plaque causes decay and gum disease. This is a health argument and it is a real one.
If it is purely appearance, then it is a discretionary purchase in the same bracket as a used car, and it should be weighed like one. Some people are glad every day for thirty years. Others find, honestly, that after six months they stopped noticing.
And if you will not wear the aligners twenty-two hours a day, do not spend the money. An aligner in a drawer moves nothing, and a half-worn case is the most expensive way to get no result at all.
Questions people ask
Is Invisalign more expensive than braces?
NEEDS SIGN-OFF C-23 Costs stated here — metal braces, adult $3,500–$6,500. Approve as written, or give the correction.
Barely. Metal braces typically run $3,500 to $6,500 for a comparable adult case. The gap is far narrower than most people assume, and the complexity of your case matters far more than the system.
Can I pay monthly?
NEEDS SIGN-OFF K-11 Claims about the practice — Cherry and Sunbit financing offered. Approve as written, or give the correction.
Yes. Financing through Cherry and Sunbit spreads it, and applying takes a few minutes.
Are low-cost mail-order aligners a real alternative?
For a small number of genuinely simple cases, yes. What you give up is a dentist examining your gums, your bite and your existing dental work before the teeth start moving — and looking again while they do. Teeth are moved through bone, and moving them through bone that gum disease is destroying loosens them.
Does the price change if it takes longer than planned?
It should not, if refinements are included. Establish that in writing at the start.

Educational, not a quotation. All figures are typical ranges for this area; a firm figure follows a scan.
