A note on how we do this

What we do not do

We do not screen reviews. Every patient gets the same request after a visit, whether the visit went well or badly. Filtering for the happy ones is against Google's policies, against FTC rules, and it makes the resulting rating meaningless.

We do not pay for reviews, or offer anything in exchange for one. Same reasons.
